MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to support our Pediatric Home Health Therapy team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for families, therapists, physicians, and referral partners after therapy services are established, helping ensure exceptional customer service, timely communication, and efficient coordination of care.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Experience in healthcare administration, home health, therapy services, or a medical office.
• Experience with EMR systems, insurance authorizations, physician orders, or medical documentation.
• Knowledge of home health operations and healthcare compliance.
