About the role
You will be supported by our highly knowledgeable customer service team and supportive managers who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals. This position will manage a sales territory targeting Michigan. The ideal home base location for this role is in larger metro areas such as Ann Arbor, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Detroit or similar.
What you'll bring
- 2 year technical, industrial and/or business degree OR any suitable combination of education, training and experience
- 2+ years increasing sales experience, with at least 1-year of industrial sales
- Experience with industrial filtration products and customers is a great plus!
- Previous experience selling industrial pumps, seals and repair services beneficial
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overnight travel may be required
- preferably in fluid process, fluid handling or fluid filtration systems.
