About the role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on, and forward-thinking Director Business Systems to lead the transformation and optimization of our internal systems landscape. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our business systems strategy—ensuring they enable operational excellence, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across Aceve. You’ll work closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure our systems are aligned, integrated, and ready to support our continued growth. This is not a maintenance role—this is a chance to architect the next phase of Aceve’s operational infrastructure. What will you do? What you'll bring
- You are a systems thinker with a strong business mindset.
- You understand how to translate business needs into scalable system solutions—and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- 7+ years of experience managing or implementing business systems in a SaaS, PE-backed, or high-growth company.
- A deep understanding of SaaS operational processes across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
- A proven track record in systems transformation and M&A integration.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, automation, and system interoperability.
- Experience with data governance, master data management, and analytics flows.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Clear communication and the ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Younium, HiBob, Zendesk, or Azure Data Lake.
- Experience implementing system roadmaps and managing cross-functional transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Shared Services Center (SSC) operating models.
