About the role
As a Software Engineer Android, you will design, build, and maintain the foundational components that every feature in our app relies on. You’ll be responsible for architecture, code quality, and delivery cadence for the platform capabilities we develop, including areas such as networking, app architecture, performance, developer tooling, and shared libraries. You will take part in technical discussions across the organization, helping shape the long-term technical direction of our Android platform.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of the Android SDK
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Sound knowledge of Kotlin and Java programming languages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with SQL databases
- Excellent debugging skills
- Fluent in English, in speaking and writing
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
