About the role

We are seeking an innovative Applied AI Engineer to own the definition, scaling and expansion of AI/ML solutions at Redpine. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing machine learning solutions that power our platform, enabling organizations to efficiently source, validate, and manage high-quality training and inference data for their AI models. You will be among the first key employees building sophisticated algorithms for data quality assessment, automated validation and evaluation systems, and intelligent data matching solutions.

What you'll bring

• Strong experience in developing, training and deploying AI / Machine Learning models
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, R, Scala, Huggingface)
• Knowledge of model deployment techniques and serving frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or custom APIs
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes as well as version control tools such as Git.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable writing queries, exploring data, and collaborating on hypotheses with product and engineering counterpart
• Proficiency in independently setting up and managing cloud services that support scaling on a global level
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning or similar is a plus.
