What you'll bring
- 10+ years of global sourcing experience
- Proven people leadership experience, with responsibility for leading and developing teams in both direct and indirect reporting structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across senior leadership, functions, and matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical and transformation capabilities, with experience leading or contributing to major procurement transformation initiatives.
