What you'll bring

• You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic-grade results that physicians count on—right the first time.
• You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation.
• You adapt to a high-volume schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
• Patient empathy: Every patient receives your full attention—proper positioning, a clear explanation of the procedure, and genuine care for their comfort and safety.
• Infection control standards are maintained every single time.
• Mentorship and professionalism: When students rotate through, you step up.
• You model best practices, provide hands-on guidance, and foster the confidence and professionalism that makes the next generation of techs exceptional.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates
