About the role
Join our team as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to be a part of our mission to make a difference. Our Lead Registered Behavior Technicians work as valued members of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Lead Registered Behavioral Technician will provide individualized therapy services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism in a clinical, school, and/or home setting. This position will support clients in the Sumter, SC clinic. We are looking for compassionate Lead Registered Behavioral Technicians with:
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician in a clinical setting
- Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred
