About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with Finance / Procurement System experience (Microsoft D365, Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP s4 Hana, Ariba, etc.) to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of our product. As every business needs our type of product, you’ll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience working as a functional advisor implementing or administering a finance procurement tools
- Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP (Microsoft D365, Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP s4 Hana, Ariba, etc.)
- Fantastic communication and documentation skills
- Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
- Very strong data management skills, specifically with handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel
- You’re able to push back and still make people happy
- Very comfortable with software configuration
- not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus
