About the role
Infosys Consulting is looking for a lead Intelligent Marketing and AI strategy, architecture, and delivery for our largest ANZ clients, including major banks and financial services institutions. This is a platform-agnostic leadership role: you will guide clients through complex decisions across CDP, journey orchestration, marketing automation, and emerging agentic AI capabilities — recommending the right technology for the problem rather than defaulting to a single vendor. You will lead delivery teams, own senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Martech practice.
What you'll bring

- You will lead delivery teams, own senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Martech practice.
- 10+ years in martech / customer experience consulting, including architecture-level exposure across atleast two major platform ecosystems (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Segment, Tealium).
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale implementations spanning data platforms, journey orchestration, and personalization.
- Strong grasp of data privacy and consent frameworks, identity resolution, and integration patterns (APIs, event streaming).
- Working exposure to AI/agentic systems in martech workflows is highly valued.
- Demonstrated revenue or P&L impact, team leadership, and senior client advisory experience.
- Vendor-neutral strategic thinking — able to recommend the right tool for the problem, not just the tool you know best.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
