About the role

We aren't looking for "ticket-takers" or builders who wait for a specification document to get things going. We are looking for high-agency engineers who have the passion to own the problem, the solution and the outcome - from system design through analysing adoption, solving complex problems along the way. The Role: Accountability & Ownership As a Staff Engineer, you won’t just be "working on a codebase", you'll lead the development of end-to-end features, architecting how our AI insights are surfaced to users and ensuring the system is robust, fast, and intuitive. You won't just be delivering features, you'll architect and design our platform to keep us lean and robust as we scale. You'll be a technical leader and the goto person as we make strategic and tactical tech decisions. Together, we'll build a delivery platform purpose-built to enable agentic code development in safety. You lead by example, fuelling a culture of passion, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• We care about your ability to think like a product owner -, your obsession with quality, and your drive to move the needle for our users.
• If you have deep experience in React, Vue, Node, or Go and you understand how to build reliable, scalable web apps - we want to talk to you.
