As our team grows, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our busy Sydney CBD office. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to build their career in a corporate environment. As one of the first points of contact for our office, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and employees. You’ll support the day-to-day running of reception, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and assisting with our national phone line and shared inbox. This will be a part time (2-3 days per week), 12 month contract based in the Sydney CBD office, please note, due to the nature of this role you will be required to work in office at all times.
What you'll bring
- 2 + years' experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with a range of people.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team.
- Confidence using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- ideally within retail, hospitality or a similar service-based role.
