About the role
As a Corporate Counsel, you’ll play an important role in supporting that mission by providing trusted legal guidance that helps our business make informed decisions, manage risk and deliver positive outcomes for customers. Working closely with stakeholders across TAL, you’ll combine your legal expertise with a deep understanding of our business to navigate complex challenges and contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference. What you'll bring
- Admission to practise law in Australia with at least 3 years' post qualification experience
- Experience working within financial services or another regulated industry
- Knowledge of insurance law and its practical application in a business environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Law
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others
- Well-developed organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with a proactive mindset
