About the role

Microsoft Sales Manager | NCS Australia We’re looking for a senior sales and alliance leader with the Microsoft relationships, credibility and influence to open doors and create opportunities. This is not a traditional account management role. Your focus will be on building influence across Microsoft, getting NCS in front of the right people, identifying and shaping opportunities, and bringing the right stakeholders together to create momentum. Reporting to the Microsoft Practice Executive, this role will lead the sales focus for our Microsoft Practice.

What you'll bring

• You’re an experienced sales leader with strong, proven relationships across Microsoft, the confidence to operate at executive level and a track record of turning those relationships into commercial opportunities.
• You know how Microsoft works, how to navigate its partner ecosystem and, importantly, how to turn relationships into tangible opportunities.
• You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, excellent follow-through and the ability to bring senior stakeholders together and get things moving.
• Experience within a Microsoft partner, SI or technology services environment, with knowledge across Azure, AI, data, security, Microsoft 365 or business applications, will be highly valued.
