About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Group Strategic Projects Delivery & Change team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across HUB24. Working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery against scope, time, cost and quality objectives. What you'll bring
- Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
- PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification.
- 7+ years' experience delivering complex projects with a strong track record of success.
- Deep experience within wealth management, superannuation, investments or wrap platforms.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale migration or platform transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Advanced problem-solving, commercial and project management skills.
