About the role
Join one of Australia's premier disputes practices and work on significant insolvency, asset recovery and commercial litigation matters. Our Disputes team is ranked Band 1 by Chambers Asia-Pacific and acts for major banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates, accounting firms, and government clients on matters that sit at the forefront of the Australian market. This role will see you work with Natalie Tatasciore who is recognised as one of Australia's foremost insolvency and disputes lawyers. She advises on insolvency-related disputes, regulatory investigations, asset recovery, and major commercial litigation. You'll also collaborate with specialists across the firm including restructuring, banking, tax, financial services, and corporate law to deliver commercial outcomes for clients facing complex business challenges.
