About the role
As a Quality Engineering Analyst , you will support Sentral —a leading cloud-based platform used by over 3,000 schools across Australia to manage student data, administration, and parent engagement. By streamlining processes, Sentral enables educators and administrators to focus on improving student outcomes. You will also contribute to StudentPayPlus , Sentral’s cashless payments solution launched in 2023. The platform supports online school stores, uniform purchases, and canteen ordering, delivering a seamless experience for parents, schools, and volunteers. Working as part of a global team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Australia, the USA, and Canada.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Proven experience supporting continuous delivery and collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency with technologies such as .Net, Java, React, MSSQL Databases and Cosmos databases.
- Hands-on expertise in automated testing using tools such as Selenium, along with CI tooling
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex systems and environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and quickly learn new concepts
- ideally within fast-paced Agile environments
