About the role
A key member of the Claims team responsible for supporting with claims administration including but not limited to ongoing file maintenance and general administrative tasks. This role is integral to the quality and service standards which ensure the functions are meeting TAL’s Customer and Claims requirements. The Claims Support Officer will provide administrative support to Claims Consultants and Team Managers as well as supporting the overall claims process, as well as:
