What you'll bring

• 0–2+ years of experience in UX research, strategy, product management, consumer insights, or related areas
• strong academic projects, internships, or portfolio work are also welcome.
• Comfort using modern AI tools and a strong interest in applying them to research, analysis, content creation, and process automation.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect information from multiple sources and turn it into meaningful insights.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate comfortably with cross-functional partners.
• Exposure to user journey mapping, design thinking, storytelling frameworks, or translating user needs into product or experience recommendations.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and curiosity about consumer technology, AI, and digital experiences.
