About the role

The role involves collaboration with global colleagues, leaders, and the entire HR team to align strategies and goals with Appier's overarching business strategies.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in using data to inform HR decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
