About the role
The Track Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, logistics, and readiness of company facilities and event spaces. This role conducts routine facility inspections, coordinates maintenance and vendors, manages equipment and supply inventories, supports shipping and receiving, and assists with facility projects and special events. The position also provides hands-on support for race and event operations, including vehicle and equipment logistics, event setup and cleanup, and racetrack maintenance. The Track Facilities Coordinator works closely with leadership and other teams to ensure facilities, equipment, workspaces, and event areas are safe, clean, organized, functional, and event ready.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- (2) years’ experience and/or training in building services or business operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and facility maintenance.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills for inventory tracking.
- Effective communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to use iPads, computers, inventory systems, and related technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform hands-on work and safely move equipment and materials.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required for events.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and meet clean driving record criteria.
