To view our branch locations, please visit: ioausa.com/locations The Integration Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes. The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives organizational alignment to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
What you'll bring
- Bachelors Degree in Business (or related field), 8-10 years P&C insurance experience managing a book
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish objectives, identify dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to support successful business transitions.
- Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and operational objectives.
- Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation of support and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within established timelines and budgets.
- Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities while maintaining stakeholder alignment and project integrity.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may affect integration or transformation success.
- Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks to evaluate progress and measure initiative success.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, integration plans, decision logs, and governance records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders, operational teams, technology teams, Finance, HR, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
