This role provides critical support to our Account Executives and serves as an important point of contact for clients, helping deliver exceptional service throughout the employee benefits lifecycle. • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, customer service, or an administrative support role preferred.
• Experience with Employee Navigator or other benefits administration platforms preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
