About the role

The Job Holder is responsible for the timely and compliant procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient execution of the end-to-end purchasing process from requisition to delivery. The role supports the availability of materials in line with operational priorities, technical requirements, and budget constraints, while ensuring full adherence to Company procedures, governance requirements, and applicable regulations. The Job Holder also contributes to cost optimization and value preservation, without compromising quality or delivery performance.

What you'll bring

• Degree in a relevant field
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in procurement of materials and/or equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, commercial practices, and basic contract fundamentals, including issuance of Purchase Orders and where applicable Equipment Supply contracts.
• Familiarity with supplier sourcing, tendering procedures, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiation
• Experience in coordinating with technical teams and understanding equipment specifications, datasheets, and vendor documentation
• Familiarity with procurement tools (Workday, Massimo, …) for purchase order management and reporting
• Knowledge of applicable procurement regulations, internal control principles, and audit requirements
• Experience in multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments, with strong coordination capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• preferably within Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, with exposure to both project execution and operational phases.
