About the role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Tanzania. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in Tanzania.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role
- Deep network and understanding of Tanzania’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English
- Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.
- Established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders in Tanzania.
- ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- proficiency in Swahili is strongly preferred.
