About the role
The Software Lead will report to the NASAMS Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) and will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of software deliverables through effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years or prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience with agile development frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Experience leading and mentoring agile software team(s).
- Ability to obtain U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required after start date.
- Experience in full life-cycle software management, from requirements analysis to delivery.
