About the role
The Brookwood Community is currently seeking candidates for a Work Program Assistant for their Brookshire location. This position will support the Work Program Supervisors in their efforts to teach and stimulate adults with intellectual disabilities to learn and develop work skills while assisting in accomplishing production goals; to provide individualized assistance to Citizens in their daily work routines, personal hygiene needs, mealtime activities, environmental supports and to utilize structured learning methodologies (TEACCH system).
