• What You’ll Do
• As a Community Counselor, you'll work alongside youth, families, caregivers, and community partners to help strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.
• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits
• Mentor caregivers in parenting
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery
