The Career Development Specialist empowers employees to achieve their professional goals by providing personalized career guidance, development resources, and pathways for growth within the organization. This role delivers one-on-one career counseling, leads engaging career development programs and workshops, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning sessions, and maintains career pathways that align employee aspirations with organizational workforce needs. Working closely with leaders, HR partners, and educational institutions, the Career Development Specialist supports internal mobility and talent pipeline initiatives while promoting career development tools and resources. Through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations, this position serves as a subject matter expert in career development best practices and helps foster a culture of learning, growth, and advancement across the organization.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years in career counseling, workforce development, or related HR/L&D roles.
