A Day in the Life Join our Psychiatric Urgent Care team, where you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Our innovative outpatient crisis service offers rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment in a supportive environment, helping patients access the right level of care while reducing unnecessary emergency department visits and hospitalizations. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in crisis intervention, care coordination, patient education, and promoting recovery for individuals of all ages.

What you'll bring

• Currently Licensed in the state of Michigan
• BLS
• BSN required within 7 years of hire
