About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in a manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. The technician will work closely with production staff to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Hiring for the following shifts (Must be available to work some Saturdays as needed):

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with production staff and other technicians
