About the role
This position is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, rinsing and polishing workstations, production and packaging equipment. This job requires good physical stamina, and the ability to perform light to heavy scrubbing, sweeping and rinsing. Positions are for both Night Shifts on C and D. In compliance with applicable state and local laws, Lamb Weston has opted to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's work location, job duties, experience and expertise. A reasonable hourly estimate for this role is listed below.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Sanitation certification is required.
- If you are not qualified, you will be trained and must meet certification requirements.
- Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English (both written and oral) (Requirement may vary by location).
- Be knowledgeable of the potential hazards and safety procedures associated with the task being performed.
- Must be able to be qualified within time frames established by facility.
- Ability to perform basic math functions, required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
