About the role

This is a customer service job that pays like a sales job. You will be on the phone. All day. Talking with people who just bought a home and are in the middle of one of the most stressful, emotional stretches of their lives. Your job is to guide them: get their utilities switched, their internet scheduled, their movers booked, their security set up, and every question in between answered by someone who actually knows the answer.

What you'll bring

• No sales experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple customers
• Willingness to study and master products, providers, and the moving process
• Customer service experience of any kind: banking, healthcare, hospitality, education, retail, food service, call center
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software
• Any role where other people trusted you to handle things that mattered
