About the role
Manor Vail Lodge is looking for an experienced Advanced Maintenance Technician to keep our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems running smoothly across the property and at Golden Peak. This is a hands-on role for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in reliable, well-documented work and enjoys solving problems that keep guests, owners, and team members comfortable.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of progressive HVAC, mechanical, or general maintenance experience, including work on boilers and chillers.
- Has or able to obtain EPA 608 certification
- Has or is able to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call for after-hours emergencies.
- Construction or building trades experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting) preferred.
