About the role

Perform repair and maintenance work on mechanical and electrical equipment. Analyze and recommend solutions for customer equipment problems and breakdowns. Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner and conduct all work with efficiency to contribute to the reputation, growth, and profit of Lift Power Inc. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time. • Serves existing and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing and repairing forklift trucks • Conducting tests and resolving problems • Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and completing installations • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions and suggesting improved methods and techniques • Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling in repairs • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and logs Requirements • Knowledge of internal combustion engines (Gas, LPG and Diesel) • Basic understanding of electricity and hydraulics • Equipment Maintenance • Analyzing information • Requires a valid driver’s license • Must have a clear motor vehicle report • Ability to work independently and as a team • Quality Focus • Results Driven • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent Customer Relations skills • Must acquire own tools
