About the role
We are looking for an inspiring Sr. Software Engineering Manager that can lead our teams in developing, innovating and launching digital insurance products at scale. You will be a thought leader in the broader Central engineering community as well as a business partner to our stakeholders. You will be leading a technology product roadmap, articulating the story internally and externally, shaping a long-term strategy, and leading several teams towards execution.
What you'll bring
- We expect a high-performing individual to have strong experience in leveraging data to influence organizational decisions, innovate new methods for improvement.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science and 4 years of related experience including 1 year management experience
- Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 6 years related experience including 1 year management experience
- Or 8 years related experience including 1 year of management experience
- Ability to manage human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results.
