About the role
ProSync is seeking a passionate Training Specialist to support lifecycle readiness and workforce development by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective technical training programs that enhance operational efficiency and mission performance. This role contributes directly to the objective of streamlining processes and improving total lifecycle support through well‑structured instruction, curriculum development, and continuous improvement. The Training Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and conducting technical and professional training programs that support integrated product support services (IPSS) objectives. This includes designing course materials, developing lesson plans, and delivering instruction using a variety of methods such as classroom training, on‑the‑job instruction, multimedia learning, simulators, and distance learning platforms.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs using diverse methods, including classroom instruction, e‑learning, simulators, and workshops.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training evaluation techniques, and performance improvement strategies.
- Experience developing technical training materials for maintenance, logistics, or technology‑based environments.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment with program objectives and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with computer‑aided instructional technologies and multimedia tools.
- Adaptability to evolving mission requirements and emerging technologies within the product lifecycle.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Training Systems, or a related technical discipline.
