About the role
ob Description: The Project Manager – Application Migrations for a Data Center Optimization project - is responsible for managing the activities required to move a group of applications. This individual will oversee requirements management, application migration cycles, changes to schedules, documentation and testing activities supporting portfolio migrations. The project manager will have significant day-to-day contact with the customer supporting all aspects of the application delivery. Experience with customer interface for requirements elicitation, business analysis, management of software release deliveries, coordination of quality assurance for software releases and implementations and reporting of project and delivery status is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Application lifecycle management experience
- Working experience planning and organizing application development and maintenance activity
- Five years’ experience overseeing application development projects
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Experience with software lifecycle management methodologies such as CMMI is helpful along with ITIL process knowledge.
- PMP Certification – highly desired
- preferably Computer Science or five years of equivalent experience.
