About the role

We are looking for a strong and technically grounded Sr. Manager of Accounting to join Reformation's finance team at an exciting stage of our growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role built for someone who loves being close to the work, takes pride in getting the details right, and is ready to broaden their accounting footprint. This role sits within a broader accounting leadership team and works closely alongside senior accounting leaders, making it an ideal next step for a strong practitioner who is ready to grow their leadership presence and take on expanded scope across inventory, revenue, and general accounting. What you'll bring

• 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on inventory and cost accounting, including some people leadership experience
• CPA required or actively pursuing
• Solid understanding of inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis in a retail, apparel, e-commerce, or CPG environment
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition in a multi-channel retail environment
• Strong ERP experience required
• Strong Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced functions
• Clear communicator who can translate accounting detail into actionable insight for the teams around them
• Self-motivated and solutions-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong integrity and hold yourself and your team to a high standard
• You are a practitioner at heart — you are not afraid to get into the details and you take pride in getting it right
• You are collaborative by nature and build trust easily across teams and functions
