Working alongside the General Manager, this role is the driving force behind local partnerships, community events, social media, and member engagement. From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, thrives in the community, and is excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up. Before the studio opens, you'll serve as JETSET's ambassador throughout the community by: The General Manager is responsible for leading the studio. The Community Lead is responsible for growing the community around it.
