About the role
The Financial Capabilities Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development, and direct implementation of Ho‘oulu Waiwai’s financial capabilities focused workshops, services, and community outreach.
What you'll bring
- Level 1: AA degree and 2 years of related experience or High School and 6years of related experience.
- Level 2: BA degree or AA and 6 years of related experience.
- Ability to manage program effectively and efficiently within budget guidelines.
- Proven skills with staff management and training
- Excellent planning, organization, coordination skills, ability to motivate people.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills required to prepare clear and concise reports and to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to analyze problems, develop effective solutions, and resolve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external individuals, groups, organizations, and community agencies.
- Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and flexible, and be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Sit for 6-8 hours at a time, kneeling, squatting, standing, and bending.
- Able to work on a computer screen for long periods of time.
- Strong computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of the Case worthy database software a plus
