About the role
The Role : Boston Engineering is seeking a hands-on Sr. Digital Solutions Technical Lead to drive architecture, integration, and software execution across our Digital Solutions portfolio including Logix, MREG, Magellan / ProtoXR and new emerging products. This role is ideal for a senior developer/architect who wants to stay close to the code while guiding teams toward scalable, deployable digital solutions. This role is restricted to US persons (i.e., US citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Boston Engineering will require proof of status prior to employment.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in software development, digital products, or systems integration
- Strong hands-on coding experience across backend, APIs, web/mobile, and cloud/onprem/edge environments
- Ability to lead technical work and collaborate directly with customers and partners
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent experience
- C#, Unity, Node.js, TypeScript
- AR/MR, digital warehousing, logistics workflows, OCR/computer vision, or AI/ML
- Microservices, Docker, PostgreSQL, Linux, NGINX, React, mobile development
- Cybersecurity, secure deployments, and work in defense/industrial environments
