About the role

As the Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Truck Services Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Truck Shop.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in a truck service or automotive environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial performance metrics, including P&L management.
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and software applicable to service tracking and inventory management.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• a degree in management or a related field is preferred.
• preferably in a supervisory role.
