About the role

Lead definition of solution architecture for a S/4HANA based transformation program, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technologies.

• Superior team leadership skills proven through project leadership positions in previous roles, with experience of establishing high-performing teams and an interest in developing team members.
• Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Extensive work experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Profound know-how of Life Sciences challenges and business dynamics, and of validation implications for SAP program delivery.
• Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP based transformation programs within and outside of Life Sciences.
