About the role

The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to the clients in their home in accordance with the Plan of Care and the Company’s policies and procedures. Performs functions which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological and social services and must be able to make judgements accordingly. The Occupational Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

What you'll bring

• Must be adaptable to a variety of environments and community settings.
• Must be able to drive or use public transportation in all types of weather.
• Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
• The license must not have been revoked, suspended, and without limitations or restrictions.
• Have at least two (2) years experience in a health care setting or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business.
• Proof of negative mantoux or documentation of negative chest x-ray.
• Current CPR certification recommended.
• Have U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
