About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Waxahachie Distribution Center, where you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive productivity across distribution center operations. You will leverage lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and data analytics to identify bottlenecks, implement innovative solutions, and coach operational leaders toward a culture of continuous improvement. The Industrial Engineer delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, including internships or co-ops, with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools to monitor performance and drive process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with an intrinsically motivated, ownership-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing software systems,
  • Manhattan WMS preferred.
