About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the program from quote stage to delivery ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with technical and contractual requirements, schedules and budgets. Programs may reside in the Military, Industrial or Medical market segments and include circuit cards, cable harnesses or metals. The Program Manager is the focal point for the company for all communications with the customer (internal / external) and is responsible to ensure customer requirements are flowed down to all functional departments. The Program Manager proactively directs and manages customer needs which may include purchasing, engineering, quality, manufacturing and administrative functional areas.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years experience
- Work Environment: Office environment where the noise level is generally quiet to moderately noisy
- Work Position: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking around
- Body Movements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, reach, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Sensory Requirements: Vision, speech, hearing, smell and touch are routinely used in day to day functions
- Ability to travel up to 25% of year to support customer meetings and program reviews
