About the role

Diamond Foundry is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to standardize technical knowledge, training, and processes across Equipment Operations. In this hands-on role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and the production floor by translating complex machinery workflows into clear, repeatable training systems and SOPs. You will partner with technicians and leadership to eliminate operational waste and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, technical training, or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to simplify highly technical engineering processes into concise, usable, and compliant document control frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, structured problem-solving, and data-driven process optimization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, comfort working independently through ambiguity, and an ownership-driven mindset.
• The position is eligible for company shares.
• Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and location.
• We will also consider higher-level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
