Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional at Advenir Azora Living! We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to help launch our brand-new Build-to-Rent (BTR) community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lease-up from the ground floor, playing a key role in introducing prospective residents to a unique rental lifestyle while helping build a vibrant new community. As a Leasing Professional, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey.

What you'll bring

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• One or more years of leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Previous multifamily or Build-to-Rent leasing experience is a plus.
• Lease-up experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management software.
