About the role

Under the direction of the Youth Development Director, the Youth Program Instructor is responsible for class leadership to promote developmental skills to program members in a safe, professional, and caring manner while assisting them in working towards positive self-image and personal growth.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Possess good knowledge of preschool and youth child development, basic movement activities and age-appropriate learning activities.
• The ability to interact with children at their cognitive level.
• Bloodborne Pathogens/Child Abuse Prevention every year
